Wenona School, we were engaged to design a tranquil oasis in the heart of the school, which is located in the busy hub of North Sydney.

Our team incorporated the principles of biophilic design to entice learners to gather, reflect and spend time outdoors throughout the school day.

Key elements to connect learners with nature included a wall of greenery, curved concrete paths and an earthenware fountain. The sensory experience of the white noise created by the fountain adds another layer of nature to the space.
